If your limitation are coming from mobility, stability, or movement inefficiencies, this type of approach is often what's missing. The only type of people we have not been able to help, are those that do not put in the work.
Our number one priority with our golf program is to help you enjoy the game more. Whether that be helping you shoot lower scores, feel less pain and stiffness during or after a round, or even just driving the ball further.
The truth is, the insurance system isn’t designed to improve your performance on the course. It is designed to do as little as possible in an attempt to make a covered symptom “feel” better. Ultimately this means, THEY dictate what we can and can’t do. Which means, performance and playing more are off the table.
No! We are not here to change your swing or even give you pointers on swing mechanics. Our focus is purely on helping your body move better. The reality is that the majority of swing faults arise because our body can't move in the way that we are telling it to. By addressing this, we are able to improve not only how you feel on the course, but also see improvement with speed and distance. The simple reason, a body that moves better, performs better
Honestly I get this a lot and here's the truth. Golf was actually the first sport that I ever played, first swinging a club when I was around 3 yrs old. Following my collegiate baseball career, the only right thing was to jump back into this great game. Currently I play off a 4HCP. Now about my understanding of golf performance. Following my time in chiropractic school, I have invested countless hours in the realms of human movement and strength training with an emphasis on golf. This includes completing the Level 2 course work through the Titleist Performance Institute.
We have worked with everyone. From the once a month weekend hacks, to top ranked junior players, and even with some former PGA tour players. The reality is improving your bodies movement pattern will help, regardless of your skill level.
